“CARRIER”
A 56-second AI-generated horror short set across four locations in Delhi. A man tries to help a school kid who collapses on the Delhi Metro. The kid bites him. The man walks home through a crowded market, enters his flat, reaches the bathroom mirror. Looks up. He's already gone.
Built using Google Nano Banana for character consistency, Seedance for video generation, Suno for original score, and Final Cut Pro for the final cut.
The entire film was art directed through prompt. Every clip has a defined lighting temperature, a beat-by-beat camera direction, an explicit diegetic sound list, and negative prompts that controlled what the model could and could not do. Each location has its own colour temperature. Metro blue-white, street sodium orange, corridor tube green, bathroom bare bulb. That colour arc carries the visual story of the transformation without a single line of dialogue.
Multiple generations were produced per clip. The ones closest to the vision were selected and edited together to match the pacing of the story.
No actors. No set. No crew. Just a clear creative brief and the discipline to execute it.
